A: Crocheting is relaxing, creative, and allows you to make personalized items. It's a sustainable hobby that helps reduce waste and promotes mindfulness. We promise, once you get started, you'll be hooked!

Q: Is it hard to crochet? I am not a crafty person!
A: Not at all. Our crochet kits are beginner friendly and accompanied by easy-to-follow online videos.

Q: What is included in the crochet kit?
Crochet boxes are curated kits that include all the necessary supplies and patterns for creating beautiful crochet projects. They are perfect for beginners and experienced crafters alike.

Q: Are your crochet kits suitable for beginners?
A: Yes! Our kit comes up with everything you need to get started. This includes beginner-friendly yarn, crochet hook and a linen pouch with accessories (e.g. yarn needle, stitch markets). All kits come up with access to a series of easy to follow online instruction videos.

Q: Do you offer yarn care instructions?
A: Each product includes detailed care instructions. We also have care guides in our tutorial section.

Q: Can I choose what I make? How about the colours or materials?
A: Our projects are seasonally curated, but each project offers multiple colour option, so you can personalise your creation. We have specifically picked materials that are beginner friendly. For the experienced crafters out there, feel free to add your own flair to the project!

Q: Are there sizing options?
A: For apparel-related projects, the box comes with enough materials for all shapes and sizes. In the tutorial videos, you will learn how to customise the size of the final product.

Q: How are your crochet kits produced?
A: All kits are handmade locally by Kaijia herself in Hammersmith, with materials entirely sourced from local yarn shop Fulham Textile Studio. The packaging is eco-friendly and plastic free. The yarn has been wound into custom smaller balls so you have enough for trial and error while also minimising waste.

Q: I have an idea for a new project. Can I request a new box?
A: Absolutely! Contact us with your ideas and we'll do our best to make them happen.

Q: Are the video tutorials free?
A: Yes! All our crafting tutorials are free to access for our customers. You will receive an instruction card inside your box. Scan the QR code

Q: How long will it take to complete a project?
A: There's no set duration but we anticipate a project for a complete beginner will take between 20-30 hours.

Q: I still have questions after watching the videos. How can I contact you?
A: Reach us via the Contact Us page, or send us a DM on Instagram.

Q: Why do I need to pre-order?
A: All products are hand-made in Hammersmith. To help us manage inventory and minimise waste for our launch collection, we are requesting all customers to pre-order.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay for secure checkout.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order?
A: Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately if you need to make changes.

Q: I've missed the pre-order! Can I still get a box?
A: Contact us ASAP, and we'll assist you. Subscribe to our email updates to be the first to hear of new projects and order deadlines.

Q: What shipping options do you provide?
A: We currently offer nationwide UK home delivery.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: All pre-orders for the launch collection will be batch shipped in mid November. Standard shipping will be through Royal Mail and takes 3-5 business days. We'll keep you posted when your parcel ships. 

Q: What's your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unopened kits. Contact us to initiate a return request. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Q: What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Contact us within 7 days for replacements or refunds.
